The baby isn't even here yet and I'm already having trouble sleeping at night! haha. Is it my body's way of preparing me for the arrival of Madison? I wake up like every hour, any little noise in the house wakes me up instantly, and of course the multiple bathroom trips a night. Oh lets not forget the tossing and turning trying to get comfy. I really can't imagine what it'll be like in the next couple months! But I guess it is preparing me for when the baby comes & I'll never get a full nights rest again!
I'm so very excited about going to see the movie "FireProof" tomorrow night with a whole bunch of people. My young married class is going as their monthly get-to-gether along with some friends I invited. I'm going to try to order the book the movie talks about "Love Dare" its suppose to be awesome and its a 40 day devotional type thing. That church that made this movie & the last movie "Facing the Giants" is doing amazing things and I'm so thankful to see clean movies in the theaters that have morals and present Gods word!
Speaking of movies, Paul & I went Monday night & saw "The family that preys", a new Tyler Perry movie. Gotta love Tyler Perry! In a world full of trashy media & movies, once again glad to know there are people out there creating movies with morals still!
Time to find me some lunch!

14 Weeks To Go
I'm almost in the third trimester, I think it starts next week. Then thats it, I'm in the final stretch. I hope it goes by fast. I officially closed down my licensed daycare finally on Friday of last week. It feels great to have a break from children before my own arrives! I'm hoping to find something part time on the side to help bring in some type of money. I've been spending my days making phone calls & trying to figure out what to do about my "doctor situation." The gestational diabetes is a pain in the butt because of my food allergies & the doctor still hasn't told me what to eat or not to eat. I've never had diabetes so I have no clue, plus I'm a Celiac which is a totally hard diet to follow to begin with. (Try mixing Celiacs & Diabetes, ugh) My doctors office never returns calls & it's like calling Comcast (all automated) So very frustrating. So I'm trying to find a new obgyn which isn't easy at 26 weeks! I was told I have the best, but it seems like I'm just a number to them. Maybe they are "the best" because they are the "most popular"... I think I need to find a better doctor that actually answers the phones!
Other than that, things are okay. Had a huge yardsale last Saturday & made a decent amount of money to put away for baby supplies like diapers and such. Well suppose to go to the dentist today but I may reschedule. And then I have counseling this afternoon. We'll see how that goes!

Pregnancy...and it's weird dreams!
So like the past week, my dreams have gone from odd to incredibly weird!
I had a dream that I woke up and took the dogs out and while outside two giant rabbits walked by me & the dogs...followed by a big goose that was trying to chase Sadie...followed by a Clydesdale horse. Meanwhile in my dream I'm hollering for Paul afraid that Sadie is going to be stomped by the horse. Then the next night I had a dream I could hear ducks in our house, and when I awoke, I did hear quacking....and so did Paul...so I knew I couldn't be too crazy. Turns out after much searching in the house, that one of the baby's toys (a plain soft block) quacks. No clue why, or how, but it does. Needless to say, it's annoying and is going in the trash!
Then to top it off, last night I had a dream I had a BOY, instead of the girl that I'm planning for & told I was having! And his name was Mason (like a mason jar I guess). He had dark hair and was really cute. Poor thing had to ride home in a pink car seat from the hospital because he was suppose to be a girl! Now I'm paranoid the ultrasound tech was wrong...that'd be awful because everything we have is PINK! But he sure was cute :)
Well the doctor did finally call with the results from my 3rd glucose test and its official, I have gestational diabetes, not cool! Not sure what I'm going to eat with all my food allergies but thank God it should go away when the baby arrives.
Life is hectic as usual, wish it would be peaceful for once...my Springer Spaniel Jadah has double ear infection & blood in her ears, ouch! So she's on tons of meds for her skin & ears to help her feel better. I'm still struggling with being upset/sad all the time, wish it would go away! But it won't till the circumstances that cause it changes, such as the daycare & all the issues it causes!
Other than that, excited that the Power Team is coming tonight, hooray!

Glucose Tests, Yuck!
Well I failed the one hr glucose test last week so they called & said I had to do the 3 hr, which I did today. I wasn't looking forward to it, who would? It ended up not being as bad as expected. I'd like to believe that was because I prayed like hell that it wouldn't be like the last time I did a 3 hr glucose test two years ago and almost passed out on them. Today I just felt super duper nauseous but never felt faint. I can deal with nausea, had that 3 straight months in the beginning of pregnancy so I'm used to that! I did get pretty bored waiting three hours though, however there was another pregnant lady there who actually goes to the same doctor so that was cool. After the test we went to breakfast right away to get some good nutritional food in my system. Then I ran some errands, rested, took Nana to dinner, and now back resting on the couch. I've been really tired the last couple of days probably just another pregnancy thing...

Phone Tag With Doctors
So I still haven't heard back the results from my glucose test. Everytime I call the doctors office, they don't answer & I have to leave a message, and when they call me back I'm usually changing a diaper, feeding a kid, or letting the dogs out. It's getting annoying, I wish they'd just tell me the results on the voicemail if they miss me. So for the past hour the kids have been sound asleep (so my hands are free to answer the phone) but they haven't tried to call once. Just my luck, ugh. Hopefully by the end of the day I will know the results...we shall see!
